Man Cave - Newton Mearns

The loft improvement works were completed to make the space more accessible, practical and suitable for storage and general use. A new loft ladder was installed, along with improvements to the existing loft hatch to provide safe and convenient access.

The loft floor was prepared and new flooring was installed throughout the usable area. Shelving was also constructed and fitted to provide additional storage and make better use of the available space.

A Velux roof window was installed, including the necessary opening, framing, insulation, flashing and internal finishing. New light sockets and lighting points were installed within the loft, together with the associated cabling and connections.

All necessary boarding, trims and making-good works were completed around the new installations, leaving the loft area with a neat and practical finished appearance.
